Assistant Manager – Marketing

Job responsibilities:

  1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property division.
  2. Conduct relevant research and trend analysis in order to ensure the project’s market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans to meet the Group’s expectations.
  3. To build and promote Company brand name and is responsible in the branding exercise of the Group as well as for the individual projects within the Group.
  4. Able to build, lead and motivate a team of aggressive and competent marketing team.
  5. Responsible for the implementation of the Company marketing strategies.
  6. To lead in the formulation of marketing strategies and developing marketing plans and budgets, advertising and promotion program, and product pricing to ensure that quarterly and yearly sales budgets with the guidance of Marketing manager.
  7. Manage overall project marketing performance and ensure each of the respective KPIs are met with the guidance of marketing manager.
  8. Work closely with the operation team in ensuring execution excellence of all marketing promotion activities.
  9. To prepare advertising and promotion materials, sales kits and sales documentation.
  10. Submit regular report as required by the Management on a monthly and/or as and when required.
  11. Ensure always the highest standards of customer service
  12. Conducting market surveys to keep abreast of market trend and pricing.
  13. Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior or Head of Department from time to time.
